As a Human Resources Coordinator at Codivy, you will play an integral role in supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Help manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain employee records and ensure that HR systems are up to date.
Provide support for employee relations and address day-to-day HR inquiries.
Assist with benefits administration and employee engagement activities.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR role or similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
